Any resource available to see what the average number of seasons coaches stay at a school? It sure seems like our turnover of coaches is high the past 5 years, but maybe it’s similar to most schools?

The mark of a successful program is assistant coaches move on to bigger and better things. Happened all the time at uat. (Hasn't happened lately. )
