If anyone cares to know Clemson is first. Two SEC teams are in the top four. No Big 12 teams are listed and Memphis is G5s highest at 13.

Baylor might want to stop including teams like Lamar & Rice on their OOC schedule when playing in a League without a Title game

Also when it comes to Baylor and its schedule ... Is the committee essentially saying there's no point in Baylor even playing games? Seriously. I get that Baylor's opponents aren't great but once the committee saw the schedule it should have just told the Bears to just sit this one out. Maybe it changes after OU, OK State and TCU

The big 12 needs to expand already to hold the conference title game and schedule better OOC teams. I hope a 1 loss Baylor or TCU gets shut out to force expansion.

Florida looks to be in good shape to finish in the 4th slot if they win out and the ACC Big Ten and Big 12 have an undefeated champ

I wish the NFL would do stupid sh!t like this. If they relied on rankings instead of actual play, the the playoffs would constantly include Pittsburgh, Chicago, San Francisco and the Raiders. Basically, every team that was good in the 80's and 90's. Notre Dame is not a top five team.

This system is a joke. They might as well call the playoffs an invitational tournament. How can you call it a championship when only four teams are allowed to play?

If the B12 expands this year, I will hate GOL and Hitt forever.

You realize that would be Cincinnati and Memphis right?

So would you worship at their alter if they would have expanded after 2013? No, you wouldn't and nobody else should either. "What if" doesn't matter. "What is" does matter. Anybody that expands is going to look at multiple factors to make a decision. It will involve a lot of factors on the field (past and future performance), off the field, finances, other sports, academics, tv markets, facilities (for all sports), ability to generate future revenue, etc... We are not going to be privy to what they use to determine that choice (just like there is no weekly report from the CFP committe on how they are ranking teams, how each person has voted, etc...). It will just be heresay and rumor afterwards (+ whatever select info gets purposefully leaked). Great for message boards since people can cherry pick what they want to support their opinion. I'm still waiting to see meeting minutes or a report on specifically what criteria, and the final rankings, for how the big 10 selected Maryland and Rutgers (and where anybody else being considered fell out). Why we haven't seen it? Because it's behind closed doors and we never will.

When it comes to the B12, that crap doesn't matter. They are like Bill Clinton and grab whatever is available. #WVU #TCU

The mighty noles who lost to GT on the road is going to lose to Florida on the road. Right.
that's a simpleton response. GT always gives FSU problems bc of their gimmick offense. FSU matches up well with UF especially with Harris at QB. Both teams will be run heavy because each side has the 2 best corners(Ramsey and Hargreaves) in America but a healthy D. Cook could be the difference.

UF defense can shut down a one dimensional FSU. It is in the Swamp so i give the slight edge to Florida.

I thought this was a foregone conclusion

Right. Past and future performance, and ability to generate future revenue are UCFs drawbacks. As a school aspiring to make the G5 to P5 leap UCF won't be going anywhere.
