Glad you east-coasters are finally getting some juice.
Recovering from a major injury that will keep me out of the water for a while longer but there is plenty of surf on tap for me in the coming months. My local left hand point just worked for the first time this season. I may take up photography until I can get on it again.
DHodges ... pretty sure we were neighbors back in the day in the UCF duplex hood (coral reef / Antonio). Glad you are still getting after it!

love Florida in October. The humidity dips enough to make the trips to the beach much more comfortable
I was going to go Sunday but was a bit too hungover from drinking around the world the previous day and it was almost too big for my out of shape ass so I got up early and went Monday. It was still super fun and a lil more manageable. I went the previous Wednesday. Biggest surf I've been in since my last Mexico trip. Got my ass handed to me a few times by some sneaker sets coming through way on the outside. And the Thursday before that which was super fun too but not too big as well. I can't recall a the last time we had a swell this good and for this many days. Pretty unreal. Hightower has become my go-to spot. Maybe I'll see ya out there one of these days.
