Yes. White cop/black citizen. I got yelled at by a Hispanic cop at a UCF game for being drunk and standing against the fence at the top of the stadium. Too bad I only had a flip phone back then, I could have been famous.

And why argue with the cop? He only gave a ticket because he was arguing with him.

Cop handled it poorly but this idiot should know that jaywalking is illegal. There are constantly people being run over in St Pete because they are trying to walk across US 19 or some other main road at night and probably while drugged up.

Just because he doesn't see it enforced a lot doesn't give him a pass.
