If one wants to make a 'vegan' argument over sustainment and other things with cows, I understand, it's logical, an argument worth debate. But if you think the premise of this paper is bad, check out the title!
Either the person just wanted to be recognized -- possibly, 'negative' has been 'in' academia for 30+ years now -- or worse ... really believes it.
