For pulling this off in the most competitive College Football Coaching Job market in recent memory. This could have turned out way worse with the amount of openings in College Football coming off an 0-12 season. Hitt chose the right guy that knows how to sell UCF.

From a Syrius XM interview Wednesday:

the host was asking how crazy the interview process was. He was alluding to how an OC from Oregon ends in Orlando coaching UCF. Frost said he was contacted out of the blue by a search firm and was flown to the "middle of the country" for his interview. He was also told to buy his own plane tickets, etc. to keep things out of the press. He accepted the job and admitted he's never even saw the campus. Whole process took three days.

Someone needs to do a 30for30 style doc about the last two weeks. Listening to Brandon on the knight line podcast it sounds like Schiano might have had an offer. Did Dino have one as well? Where were these interviews? What other assistant coachs interviewed that we'll never know about?

if that rumor is true I'm glad he let it expire and it backfired bc he didn't get Miami

Danny White came out swinging, i love the culture Hitt is implementing at the university and that he isn't completely disconnected from the fans and what we need to do in order to succeed.

*applauds*
