Ever since UCF took out thousands of sideline bleacher seats and built the Cabana and Stadium Clubs...the capacity dropped to just over 44,000 (and that included the new seats in the Field Cabanas and Loge Tables.
UCF did sell some temporary seats along the first level concourse but mixed in with high number of special guests on the sideline...this crowd might be the "new" attendance record since all of those bleachers sections were removed.
Essency's site (essency.net) I think has a running total for each game but I'm having a hard time reaching it today.
