Proven with Trump? Plenty of stuff was very well documented. He's an un-indicted co-conspirator in the campaign finance case that sent Cohen to prison. Mueller documented multiple instances that many experts argued met the threshold for obstruction. The Trump organization is currently under indictment for a tax fraud scheme.
In Cuomo's case, a series of non-sycophants around him are saying his behavior was inappropriate and crossed lines. In the Ukraine impeachment, a series of non-sycophants privy to Trump's behavior said it was inappropriate and crossed lines.
I'm not going to defend Cuomo in way whatsoever. I think he and Trump have a great deal in common - huge ego authoritarian types. If anything, Cuomo is following the Trump playbook - never admit you're wrong and never stop fighting.

This needs to be a moment that helps us reset, collectively. Cuomo needs to come out and admit to what he did and ask people to forgive him. The rest of us should forgive him and give him the grace that everybody deserves, instead of shame and guilt him for the rest of his life. Nobody should be defined by their worst moments and that includes Cuomo.
He still forced himself onto a woman, as bad or worse, than Kavanuagh was even accused of 35 years ago.

Basically they were rehearsing a skit, and Franken decided to go ahead and do something he had previously suggested more than once, she flatly refused to do prior (it was rather childish, and sad), and once he went ahead and did it, she just walked out after in disgust.
She told a few people, but decided to just 'leave it be.' After all, models like her put up with a lot of sh-- from a lot of men in general. But then she decided during the whole #metoo thing with Franken et al. of the left on their 'holier than thou' crusade to bring it up as an example of their hypocrisy.
Even worse? People tried to paint her as a right-wing religious nut. She's not. She largely stays out of politics and she keeps most of her faith private. It was the most disgusting suggestion that she was only doing it for politics, let alone they said she had no right to talk since she had done nude modeling at one point (I hate it when the left pulls that sh--, just exposes them for who they are).
Plus ... she repeatedly stated that she did not want Franken to resign or be recalled. She just wanted the hypocrisy of the left and their 'lip service' on #metoo to stop.
