Final game of the season coming up.
Danny Barrett is "doing great." Today was a final practice. What happened?
"It was the last full practice for our squad this year. With it being Senior Night, it was the last time for all the teammates to be together, the guys who don't travel. The seniors went through the Knight Tunnel."
Marc mentions the captains.
"There are a lot of emotions and seeing how they've built themselves up, and done a great job in the classroom. Some of these guys it'll be their last time playing football. I've challenged the guys to send them out with a win."
What was the message this week?
"Practice format is simple because we go in the morning. We went out Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Saturday was film work and getting the mental work down. The challenge was to send the seniors out on a positive note. We know we've got a tough game and we want to play our best football."
Barrett says many of the young players are still anxious to learn and get better, studying film, etc.
What's frustrated Barrett?
"The lack of intensity at times. It's like a roller coaster. You want it at an all-time high all the time. That's how I am. And attention to detail. Don't want for someone else to make a play."
Commercial break.
