I like this guy. He makes decisions fast and often, and none of them have been rash so far. Wish we could have had him instead of stansbury because he just kind of let everything cruise in neutral. This guy might actually be getting us to the next level across the board for all sports. I think his hires have been good on paper as well...we all have to see the rubber hit the road but they have all been good mojo hires.
