I realize that it's still very early in DG's true freshman season and he also has a much better team around him than KZ had his true freshman year. I am by no means trying to claim that DG is a better QB. Obviously DG has a long way to go this season and chances are he won't maintain this high level all season.
With that said, I thought it would be interesting to compare their true freshman stats. I also included KZ's 2017 and 2018 stats for comparison.
