Last 2 seasons I think. Time was running out and defender instead of leaving ball alone ran with it to sideline or something and time ran out while DG was waiting for ball to be placed? Unless I’m confusing another team.
Didn’t we have a game that ended because a defender ran away with ball?

Making me think about the end of the game at Memphis we won 31-30. IIRC a Memphis defender made some kind of mistake.
They let the player do it. Time ran out because he ran with ball.
Not sure. I just remember a player running with ball saying he was handing it to red but he ran away from field and time ran out.
