Talking about someone who has caught on to the Scott Frost scheme, watch the long TD run he had against ECU today. GOL Dontravious would be running right at everyone. With this TD, he had two defenders commit to him before faking them out and getting the TD.
One player who knew how to commit defenders before the Frost era was that underrated 4 star Josh Reese. Watch the Penn State and Louisville games and you'll know what i'm taking about.

This and it also looks like he has really worked on increasing his speed

He took off 10 pounds. Two years ago, he had to carry the team at times, but he was hurting last season.
Yet he's retained most of his "big back" power. One longer TD run against FIU combined power, quickness, and balance.
Those "fake outs" were jump cuts, which he used in both TD runs. But on the TD you referred to, it was the biggest jump I've seen since O.J. Simpson back at Buffalo.
Our frosh backs both talk about how Wilson has mentored them. They look up to him, and he's led by example, too.

Agreed... and it's nice that we are really looking good for running back depth now and for the next couple of years.
