The Rivals.com app debuted a couple weeks ago and we've been discussing it in this thread.
There are a few bugs still being ironed out, but the notification feature is fully functional. You can receive push notifications straight to your phone for all breaking news. The app notification tool has replaced the old "text alert" feature.
I plan to be issuing notifications tomorrow for signings and other breaking news.
