Drinks To Go Bill 🍹🍺 🌞

I can see this bill being both good and bad. If someone is of the character to drink and drive, they will do it regardless of where the alcohol comes from. At the same time, being able to pop into a Chili’s for a roadie would make it easier for people to make bad decisions.
The bill is fine and I doubt it will make a big difference in dui rates. If I’m going to drink at home anyway, I would just use my own booze because that would be way more cost effective than paying restaurant prices. I loathe paying 12 dollars for a 2 oz pour of whiskey when I can buy the whole bottle for 30-40 bucks (bartenders just love to hear cheap people say this).

I like this move. It has become a bit of a habit to grab a to go margarita when ordering from chili's. Save some money and get to enjoy drinks at home while doing more then sitting around waiting for food and service.
