I looked up Learfield Cup after hearing about it for the first time just now and took a look at the latest standings they had for Spring, Winter, and Fall sports. As expected, USF wasn't leading the conference in any of the lists (UCONN led them all) and were 65th overall in the NCAA.

I don't think you get anything for leading the conference, not that USF has done so anyway.

UCONN leads the nation in conFLiCT trophy wins. USF thought they led the AAC in Learfield Cup standings at one point. No wonder the Big12 laughed this crowd off.
