IMO he may be the second most important coach. Seem like he’s extremely close to CJH.
What do we have to do to keep him here?
I’m curious to know what his salary rank is amongst offensive line coaches. Maybe he’s getting Frost ex-assistant coaches Excellence Fund money

allegedly Lebby is staying. His value is not so much QB development as it is recruiting......
Without a good OL everything else falls apart. Congrats to Elarbee.

Good news / bad news...hope the excellence fund has some pay raise money for our coaches because the picking is about to begin.
Only Libby and Elarbee most likely. We need to give Elarbee OC money as stated previously
I think LRB is sticking with Heup for some reason. If i had to guess, Lebby or Tucker might be the ones to leave... but I don't think our coaches will get much credit for this season's performance since the team was here before they got here.
We didn't run like this last year. Tucker might get credit.
