I am hoping he buys facebook, instagram, tiktok, the stupid platform Trump uses, and all other forms of social media--only to run that shit right into the ground and be done with it.
I have a feeling this is going to end up being a stupid investment, and I think he knows that which is why he tried to get out of the deal.

Curious if this means:
A) it's easier to obtain verification for any jackwagon that wants a blue check, or
B) charging for the value of the verification process and subsequent maintenance, similar to a trade/professionam certification.
The former seems $h!tty, the latter reasonable.
He is already whining about the sudden drop in ad revenue, maybe don’t tweet a false conspiracy theory on your first day owning the platform to rattle investors

I think Elon is one of those super intelligent people, but who has some difficulty relating to others. And that is going to be a problem for him with twitter. This isnt Tesla where he is selling a product, this is twitter where people engaging with others is essentially the product. Of course advertisers are going to leave if he just keeps trolling everyone who disagrees with him on anything, because he is going to run off users. I suspect he already regrets buying it, and if not, I bet he will regret it in the not to distance future.

2 journalists who mildly critiqued elon were just suspended. The free speech mantra was never real and is just a slogan for dummies to eat up.
He suspended the journalist that interviewed the UCF student behind Elon Jet. Similar to Trump there are going to be lots of people that are going to regret worshiping this guy .
He has suspended several now it looks like, this was obviously never about free speech.
