First of all, I don't buy this for a second. This was apparently posted by a Houston fan who has a similar online reputation as Mr. $MU.
He thinks... Wait for it... Houston and Georgia Tech are about to be invited to the Big Ten.

Bigdaddycoog says UH and Georgia Tech to the Big 10 is a possibile outcome.
If that's Delany's strategy, it's brilliant. Plant a flag in the region, and then pick off other regional targets after having established a presence (once GOR's start to expire).
Not sure how they plan to get around Ga Tech's ACC GOR, but it's a fun thought.
