False report about Tulane hiring TCU co-OC Doug Meacham

Insiders tell GN that it appears as if TCU co-offensive coordinator Doug Meacham is going to be the new coach at Tulane.

Meacham, who turns 51 on December 16, is in his second season at TCU; he serves as co-OC with Sonny Cumbie, who earlier Wednesday announced he was remaining at TCU rather than going to Texas.
