The Dallas Cowboys have the best fans in the National Football League, according to Emory Sports Marketing Analytics. In a study of NFL fans headed by Emory University professors Mike Lewis and Manish Tripathi, the Cowboys' supporters came out on top.

The study defined "best" as "the most avid, engaged, passionate and supportive fans." Thestudy measured that using "15 years of data on NFL team performance, ticket prices, market populations, median incomes, won-loss records and multiple other factors."

Suck it haters

Using the past 15 years of data is not really relevant when a "best fans" list has Seattle at 26.

Lol. Looks the CBS changed the definition of best. Patriots, Cowboys, Giants and Jets are by far the worst group of fans you could assemble. How did they leave Philly out of the top 5?

Maybe if the Pecker fans weren't such slothy, obese tubs of Fatty McFatty goo, they could have gotten off of their asses and finished higher. Damn shame, really.
