This sucks. My guess is there is a lot of uncertainty on both sides of the ball, and he doesn't want to see stuff in the media about their performance to distract them. Seems these boys have a TON of learning to do, and not a lot of time to do it. I'm a little worried by this. Not gonna lie. Hope they show up and show out though!

This. Also there's just too much going on and too much uncertainty. GOL probably doesn't want all the distractions and critique from the fans and media.

Watching practice is for recruits, girlfriends, cheaters and jock sniffers.

Just go to the games and be entertained.

One thing you all fail to realize, there is not a lot of film on a lot of these players. Keeping practice closed ensures that.

I agree Honors...triple option!! I have always loved the option play! What have we got to lose?

Last time we lost this many starters was 2011. For whatever it's worth, Phil Steele has us ranked 128th in returning experience, or some crap like that. I don't have the specific info in front of me bc I am at a bar, knee deep in IPA's. But the uncertainty is raining down from the sky all around us. I'm guessing Renegade's prognostications are it.
