How does the firing go down? Being the AD, does he sit himself down in front of a mirror and tell himself he is disappointed and fires himself on the spot?
I hate to say it, but I'm back on the fire GOL wagon as of now. I'm looking longer term though, not just the immediate issues, and don't see what I like. It's somewhat sad though, and not something I don't think anyone of us wants.
If we don't fire him now, it's more of this for as long as he stays. I'd fire his arse before the end of the game. Un-b-f%$kin-believable. Do the University a favor. Seriously, we might as well start from ZERO and a whole new coaching staff!

If you still think O'Leary is going to coach beyond this season you are desulisional of just don't know how sports work. I will assume UCF football is the only sport you follow.
