I see that Florida is getting an additional congressional seat. Any idea how the state will redraw the lines?

No, but I guarantee Dems will scream about it and there will be boycotts over it.
I’m not sure how Florida draws their maps but I know where I live we just voted on 2 ballot measures that established a commission for congressional and state level redistricting. It’s four Democrats, four republicans and four independents and in order for a map to be approved eight of the twelve have to vote yes. I hope this is a good step in getting rid of some of the egregious gerrymandering that happens in this country from both sides of the aisle.

It's a huge part of the problem with our political climate in this country.

Once upon a time politicians had to walk a fine line in order to keep the majority of their constituents happy come reelection time. Now the gerrymandering pushes them from a moderate position to an extreme one to ensure they're not blindsided by a more extreme primary challenger.

In all honesty, the GOP does take advantage of redistricting in red controlled legislatures just like the DNC states take advantage of reporting non-citizens and undocumented residents as 1:1 slaves--er, I mean citizens** for purposes of The Census and overall state representation.

**3/5ths Compromise ... it's back!

Republicans have a big edge overall in redistricting. 538 has 175 seats drawn with firm Republican control versus 75 seats drawn with firm Democrat control, and 167 drawn via independent commission (plus 6 single district states). Voters clearly favor independent commissions but the power structures inside states do not.
