In public with the flimsy stuff - wrap it around my hand a few times, pull my hand out and then wipe with the wad.

Depends on how much TP is left. If I just went TP shopping and have endless supply, I'll wad that stuff up like I'm rich. If the TP roll looks low, then I'll gently count my 3 sheets and get my use.

Did you know that in Thailand they use their left hand to wipe? Never shake a Thai's left hand!
