In town for a couple of days and heading to the OCSC game. Was thinking of trying to get a quick bite beforehand but no idea what's downtown nowadays. Suggestions?

Gringos Locos and Beth's Burger Bar are a couple of the newer places since you left. Small simple places, good for a fast informal taco or burger. It all depends on what you are looking for.
Effer and I had dinner a few months ago at Artisan's Table, which was fantastic. This is a new place too and really good.

Food (and sightseeing) at World Of Beer on Lake Eola isn't bad. What we hit up before the last OCSC game.
that german place on church is pretty good, but its more of a sit down place. sorry i havent been downtown in a long time.

Yep and I was surprised at the quality, Bar food, but decent stuff. And you can't go wrong with the myriad of beers they offer. I recommend the Ballast Point Sculpin IPA with their dry rub wings! They have a few good flatbreads and sandwiches as well. Worth a shot checking out and trying some things on the menu. The location is great too!
