UCF Faces Ole Miss in Top-25 Matchup
ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - Off to one of the best starts in program history at 8-0, No. 15 UCF welcomes No. 18 Ole Miss to the UCF Baseball Complex in the only top-25 series on the east coast this weekend. The first pitch for each contest is set for 6:30 p.m. Friday, 4 p.m. Saturday and 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
With capacity crowds expected for each game, fans attending the series are encouraged to purchase advanced tickets (online or by calling 407-UCF-1000) and take a look at the parking map for the area surrounding around Jay Bergman Field at the UCF Baseball Complex.
All supporters of the program are welcome to attend the UCF Dugout Club BBQ on Saturday beginning at 2 p.m. The cost is $10 and includes membership to the UCF Dugout Club at the email level.

Two additions to the UCF Baseball Complex have been made with a new concession trailer, featuring Italian sausage and peppers and jalapeno cheddar sausage, and a tent, covering the right field deck for the remainder of the season.
The Friday night matchup features senior right-handed pitcher Zach Rodgers (1-0, 3.00 ERA, 7 K, 4 BB) going up against the Rebels' lefty Christian Trent (2-0, 2.31 ERA, 9 K, 3 BB). Freshman righty Cre Finfrock (2-0, 1.54 ERA, 8 K, 3 BB) is the Saturday starter for the Knights, while taking the hill on Sunday is sophomore righty Robby Howell (2-0, 2.31 ERA, 9 K, 3 BB).
Ole Miss (5-2), a College World Series participant last year, has posted 2-1 series wins over William & Mary and Wright State along with a midweek victory over Arkansas State. The Rebels' primary run producer has been cleanup hitter Colby Bortles, who paces the team with seven RBI.
Fans unable to make it out to the park can listen to the play-by-play call of Marc Daniels via subscription video on UCF Knights All-Access or free audio on AM 740 The Game or TuneIn. Gametracker is also available for each contest of the series.
