Recuits are more excited to see Gus than anyone else. Recruiting offensive players really lives and dies with Gus.

Is that the case for QB position, more often than not across the country it seems like QBs pick their QB Coach/OC over their Head Coach who they are less likely to work with and speak with on a regular basis.
