Turns out I can't make the game today. I'm bummed. Gene McDowell was coach when I went to UCF (85 to 89). He is a cool dude. Talked to him many times at the practice fields. My roommate was a walk-on and he said McDowell was a great guy to play for. It is cool that they are honoring him. Wish I could be there for old time's sake. Go Gene McDowell!
