Seriously. W's and L's are not a good measure of performance - the fact that he is trying to win games with the talent that we have is what matters. It's not like he just didn't show up Saturday. What would this world be like if we didn't take someone's heart and passion into consideration when evaluating their performance?

Second, you do realize he's practically a teacher with the number of hours he puts in each week, don't you? Who else are you going to get to put in those types of hours for only $2 million per year? We are lucky to have someone near the peak of their career like he is. Just wait it out, he will right the ship.

Third, about Brent Key, he is essentially a freshman in his role. Was Blake Bortles a star is his very first couple of start? No, it takes time to get comfortable in the role. O'Leary has been winless before and in just a few short years gave us a Fiesta Bowl victory. Just give it some time, you'll see.

Excellent points. GOL deserves gold stars for his effort. Conference trophies aren't the best measurement here, participation trophies count too. So far we've participated in 3 games and that means a lot!

Hi Michelle Key. Don't worry you and your deliverance reject of a husband will soon be back to your trailer park.

Wait?! Did you just say, with sarcasm ...

"Conference trophies aren't the best measurement here"?

I thought that's what you anti-GoL people always think?! I mean ...

If they mattered, then you wouldn't be calling for GoL's head even after this very plausible losing season, because we've won back-to-back conference titles, a BCS trophy and even a divisional title and bowl game before that, in the immediately prior 3 seasons!

So just WTF is with your sarcasm?! That's what you anti-GoL people actually believe! You don't give him a lick of credit for the past 3 years!

You are absolutely correct. I mean it is not like George wakes up in the morning thinking what can he do to screw this team up. He knows he needs to get that second cup of coffee finished to get to his AD desk for some important work before pulling up his football pants for an afternoon workout. Back home at night over a nightcap I am sure he is dreaming up new ways to execute the perfect run, run, pass, punt series.
