Prior to the country lavishing praise upon Bruce (errr Caitlyn) Jenner, he killed another person by driving his Escalade way too fast down a Malibu highway.

Of course this was just noise when everyone was handing our Courage Awards.

Now the police are seriously considering filing manslaughter charges.

Question: once convicted, does Bruce go to jail or Caitlyn? Bruce killed the person, will Caitlyn serve the sentence?
