IMO, if O'Leary REALLY believes in Key, step down now, swallow your pride and focus your attention on the AD job and see if Key has what it takes to MOTIVATE this team to play with pride the rest of the season. Use this opportunity to give Key the interim head coach title and REALLY see if players respond and if Key has what it takes to finish our a recruiting class, and give this team a shot in the arm the rest of the season. Lets be honest, Dr. Hitt is not firing GOL for all he has done for the athletic department, increase graduation rates, etc. IMO this is the next best option and gives O'Leary a chance to keep whatever promise he has to Key to prove himself. Dabo Sweeney got the Clemson job this way so lets see if he has what it takes.
