Honestly i thiught thwy would stick withthe run run run and beat us tonight.
With the result almost certain. I am very excited to have been wrong. CHARGEON

Clearly you need to post less, listen more and go to practices
There is nothing prideful be being wrong or ignorant

Agreed, I was wrong as well, wasn’t feeling good about this game. But I was right about Keene, just awful…Honestly i thiught thwy would stick withthe run run run and beat us tonight.

What was so awful about him?Agreed, I was wrong as well, wasn’t feeling good about this game. But I was right about Keene, just awful…
Respectfully, you cannot be serious. What was so awful about him?
Uh…………that helmet grass thing……………..that was Navarro.Respectfully, you cannot be serious.
In one drive it was enough to fill this thread.
-Did you miss the wide open flea flicker for a TD that he completely missed?
-Did you miss the subsequent pass play that he overthrew again
-Did you then miss the run to the left where his helmet could not separate from the grass while alone and his legs were pumping?
Look, I despise the countless Mikey stinks threads as I think the kid can and will improve. But posts like yours of “what was so awful” may just be worse. Cmon man.
Yeah it was… Heupel sure did recruit some studs at qbUh…………that helmet grass thing……………..that was Navarro.
Agree with this. I haven’t seen the point of trashing a freshman QB when we don’t have anyone better on the roster, but we don’t need to pretend that he’s not bad at this point.Respectfully, you cannot be serious.

🤣🤣🤣 I could not tell from my seats. The stadium announcer was atrocious.Yeah it was… Heupel sure did recruit some studs at qb
1. Don't try to bully me into posting less.
2. Who goes to the practices of both teams? do you have magic 50 hour days?
3. I am not ignorant UF had the personal to run every down and beat UCF. They just didnt execute those plays. So i was wrong. I am owning that.

I didn't miss a thing. Considering he's a Freshman and the pressure from their defense the three bad plays you mention don't seem so bad and if you don't like my posts don't read them or block them. Cmon man.Respectfully, you cannot be serious.

Sensitive, huh? Someone disagrees with you and you go down the whole “block me if you don’t like my posts”?I didn't miss a thing. Who recruited Dillon Gabriel?Yeah it was… Heupel sure did recruit some studs at qb
Milton.Who recruited Dillon Gabriel?
No, not sensitive. I asked a simple and legitimate question of someone who made the blanket statement that Keene was awful. It sounded to me that you thought my posts were awful and that prompted my response of don't read them or block them.Sensitive, huh? Someone disagrees with you and you go down the whole “block me if you don’t like my posts”?
For my own edification, explain something to me: If someone disagrees with a post, instead of posting their counter opinion they should block or cancel the post they don’t like versus having a back and forth discussion? Interesting. I wonder how a message board would look like under your rules?
Cut the kid some slack. He is only a 18 old freshman thrown to the wolves and did enough to beat UF. If he puts on more weight and muscle and continues to practice hard who knows what he can develope into. That is what training camp is for. Time will tell but now is not the time.Agreed, I was wrong as well, wasn’t feeling good about this game. But I was right about Keene, just awful…
Did Keene look great? No. But he didn't panic and did enough to win. He didn't fumble or throw an interception and managed the game well enough to put his team in a position to win. His arm looks weak but that can be improved. Next training camp will tell if he improved in arm strength, size and accuracy. As for this season he was enough to get us to the Gasparillo Bowl and help get us the win. I think he won 6 out of his last 7 games and for a 18 yr old freshman that is pretty good...just not great. Just remember how many fans derided KZ in his freshman season. I wish him well in the QB competition next season. Should be fun to watch who wins the starting role.Respectfully, you cannot be serious.

Fair enough. I want to like the kid. I’m hopeful he can grow but worry at the same time with what I see on the field. I wish I could see more than a small handful of plays to give me hope… “Not screwing up” isn’t enough for me.Did Keene look great? No. But he didn't panic and did enough to win. He seems like a good kid and works hard so I hope he can take his game to a higher level. With Castellanos on the roster the battle should make everyone better...hopefully.Fair enough. I think we can all agree that he’s a good kid, although who really knows him personally? Yes, he’s been serviceable, although you can’t say he’s “won us” any games but I guess he hasn’t lost us any either, which is some of your points.
He’s not a D1 QB1, at least we shouldn’t think he is for the future of college football that is UCF. That’s all anybody that has shown concern of results and talent is saying, it really shouldn’t be up for any additional debate. The KZ to Keene comparison is terrible btw, blatantly disrespectful to KZ. Apples and oranges.
Story of my life!Cards are stacked against him with genetics. We’ll see if he can adjust to it.
Not everyone can be 6’4” 230 with a cannon.Story of my life!
Same here. Pleasantly surprised at the way the team played, especially from the second quarter on. That first quarter, though, was a mess for both teams; it was like trying to watch two 3-legged elephants make a porno while being directed by Jose Feliciano.Honestly i thiught thwy would stick withthe run run run and beat us tonight.

While not every recruit ends up working out, I don’t think Heupel would recruit a QB he doesn’t think can run his prolific offense and have the arm strength to make the required throws… I’ll take Heupel’s evaluation of QB talent over the many internet jockeys who have a 50/50 chance of guessing correctly on QB ability after 5 months…hey, but everyone is entitled to guessing and bashing on players based on their uniformed and flawed opinion..some of y’all have inspired me to even buy a lottery ticket tonight…maybe I’ll guess right..I think we can all agree that he’s a good kid, although who really knows him personally? Ha…yeah…becauseMilton.
did Milton help? Yes…but if you think Gabriel came here to hang out with Milton and not play for the coach he felt gave him the best shot at making it to the next level, well…there’s no logical argument to change your mind…he didn’t come to UCF to be Milton’s boy…Heupel and his offense was the main reason…Milton..a nice asideMilton.

Why didn’t he work out in high school? Why not in the 5 months he’s been here already? First day he stepped on campus they should have had him working out 5 days a week.In the press conference I did hear him say he will put on a lot of weight during the off season. I hope he can put a solid 15-20lbs of muscle, would help him tremendously. I don't see why he couldn't do this. I think he knows he will be fighting for his job next year. I am rooting for him and TC. Whoever is the best. Pending any major setbacks for Keene duing off season, I expect Keene will be QB1 since TC will be a young freshie and would benefit him to sit and watch for a bit.
