Unfortunately we've seen this before.

Close games in previous seasons due to conservative game planing which prevents us from getting good game experience for our backups and leading to disaster when max exodus of seniors graduating occurs.

This season happens to be the perfect storm with injuries and new coordinators added to the exodus.

Fatal flaw of GOL is he wont admit it's more than good practices that produce good players. Our good players
have had the luxury of getting a lot of playing time on the field. Something he doesn't have a good strategy
for getting to the most players as possible during the season.

As usual the team will wind up winning some games in the second half of the season and season is declared a success.

If we get rid of GOL after this disastrous season we risk losing out on the sacrifice of this season for good
game experience to many. Something a new coach wont count. Next season will be better but the
question will remain what can be done to avoid the next bad season after large class of starters graduates.
