When Brandon broke the news this morning, I was pretty happy with the the hire. The more I have read about him, the more fired up I get. This article in particular was a good read (it's a couple years old, but still good):

This sentence says a lot as to why I am very excited about the hire:
Rahne, Klieman, Farley and Oregon players independently mention the same traits -- experience, empathy and intelligence -- when discussing Frost,
Not only will this type of personality draw recruits, it will do a lot to restore confidence in the current players who had clearly lost thier way this season. Combining a good person with an exciting brand of football will breath a lot of life into a team and fan base that sorely needs it.
