You mean 1 bad season out of 4? 2 out of 6? What if we win the division, if not the whole conference, next year? Would you admit you were wrong? What about those who said such in 2011? 2008? 2006? 2004?
We're not winning the division, let alone the conference. Sorry to break it to you.
So zero chance next year? Just like after 2004?

What was wrong in 2004 again? Oh, that's right, limited player experience, even moving a WR to DB because we were thin on one entire side of the team. Not that the WR mattered or anyone knew him, right?

Again ... if we start out like this next year, I will be on the "retire" bandwagon. We cannot have back-to-back down seasons. I don't like the "yo-yos" either ... but in GoL's defense, it's been 4 seasons since we were down.

You amaze me. Not because you are smart, it's the opposite of that. You amaze me because you are so deluded that you can't see a problem. You are the personification of Enron. You act like there isn't a problem when there is and are too stupid to understand that.

So ... what's your "solution"? Really. I see a lot of bitching, with people wanting various people to get fired. I'm just trying to point out the issues with that logic.

What is your "solution"?

Oh wait ... is that go back in time, before the NCAA sanctions, before Plancher died and other things, like the Garbage Men? Give us a "solution." Give us some solid logic. If so, I'll listen. But right now ...

Most everything I've heard will make it worse, and scare a lot of potential coaches and other options. It would me if I was looking at coaching UCF ... let alone becoming AD!

Oh UCFBS, I've tried to tell you logical things, but you are too dull to comprehend them. I mean I shouldn't have expected better from a guy who was fired from his job and now lies on a internet messageboard about being a executive.
But here we go. First, you bring in a power 5 associate athletic director. One that isn't the AD, but is 2nd in command. The one from notre dame and fsu interests me. So,some that actually knows marketing and branding. Then after the new athletic director agrees to buy George out or ushers him into retirement, you bring in Matt Campbell or Mike Sanford to coach. Then they will then go crawling back to Kirk and ask him to come back as DC. Something that George should have done in the first place.

O'leary has been at UCF for more than a decade. He has been through terrible years without getting fired. The situation is now different because he is really old, can't coach forever, and is now also trying to be the AD when a young team needs their head coach focused squarely on getting them to play at an acceptable level. How is him retiring or moving to just doing the AD job at age 70 after more than a decade as head coach going to scare coaches away from UCF? UCF has shown plenty of patience, but even O'leary can't out maneuver father time.

UCFBS... Victory joined sept 5th and already has 117 posts. He probably started another 37 accounts to get his likes as well. He is a troll... put him on ignore.
