Glad this staff found the right spot for him. We have a lot of payers who didn't fit in as DB/SS
but were moved to LB/DB slot. In fairness to past staff it usually took a few years before they
were moved to that role. This defense has 4 LBs so he got his shot.

As Coach Fish noted...he was way down the depth chart at DB...and when Frost changed to a 3-4, it was Fish who mentioned to give him a try at OLB after Spring Practice...and wouldn't ya know it..its worked out pretty darn well. (He probably wouldn't had been as successful in a 4-3 at LB).

Just glad it worked out. As we've seen it's very hard for some of the people we think are going to play at UCF to actually see the field as a starter. Great accomplishment for this young man and glad his brother encouraged him to stick it out.

And by the rules of redshirting he gets to play next year too! His brother graduates though so they won't be able to rely on wonder-twin powers unfortunately.
