Gus is a career mediocre coach. TMo hired him and extended him

We deserve what we get.

Gus arrived at UCF with 7 consecutive seasons of 4 losses or more.
His issues were well known and publicized. He hasn't changed.

Gus now has 11 consecutive seasons of 4 or more losses but at UCF he is now losing more than winning. That trend will continue in 2025.

We finally got our shot at the big-time but TMo and Gus have driven us into the ground.
