Was kind of thinking the same thing. Dude got an absolute windfall when he left AU. But if he excels @ UCF, we will need to pay the man what he deserves.

likely will get a bump in 2023 with the move, and another in 2025 when we get a full share. 3.5 to 4.5 mil would be my guess. With that he will have one of the best jobs in country. Coaching in paradise, in a power 5 conf. making good $$.
