Syracuse beat reporterSick highlight tape against good South Florida competition. Ran away from a lot of DBs, showed good strength for his size and made some very nice cuts with good vision. This is the type of back that we have been asking for over the past few years and now we have 2. Visually he looks faster than Killins on the field even though Killins is a track guy.
He was originally a FIU recruit, then UM. He has a scheduled visit with Syracuse, but I guess that's out the window now.
he's a bigger guy than Killins but with possibly the same on the field speed. ofcourse Killins could catch up physically once he gets into the strength program.Visually he looks faster than Killins on the field even though Killins is a track guy.

Hamilton said he was already impressed with the coaching staff prior to visiting UCF for his official introduction to the university this weekend, but he came away even more impressed than what he had expected.
"I was already leaning toward [committing]," Hamilton said, "but once I saw the campus, that was it. The facilities, man ... and UCF is a great school. The standout things for me were that I like the dorms. They're amazing. It's not like normal dorms ... and then the indoor facility, the weight room ... just the whole thing. I fell in love with it.
"It was more than what I expected. I wasn't even expecting all of that. It's crazy. UCF is really a great community, a great place to be and I feel like I can do great things. That's home for me now."
He also has built a bond with Frost that he said pulled him even more into the fold for UCF.
"Coach Frost, me and him have a special relationship. He calls me his son. That's like my dad and I'm his boy," Hamilton said. "They show love ... and that's where I want to be."
When he committed, Coach Frost and assistants Travis Fisher, Kevin Smith, Troy Walters were present, as well as fellow commit Evans, along with Hamilton's mother, two younger sisters, a cousin and his step father, among others.
"When I was leaving, everyone got a one-on-one with Coach Frost and when it was my turn, I told him I wanted to be a Knight and everyone got excited and all started jumping around," Hamilton said. "It was just a great time."
Everyone started jumping around like little kids with ice cream at Disney. Lol. Break a few long runs so us fans can have something to jump around to as well.
Wow... the father/son thing is just a little bit different than what we are used to around here. Very impressive by Frost.
I'm telling you though..,. it was the leisure pool
The standout things for me were that I like the dorms.
I doubt that. He said,"...just the whole thing". It wasn't just one thing but everything. I've still yet to hear a recruit say, "it was the uniforms that made me pull the trigger." (and hopefully I never will)Maybe this will help shut down the "what gets recruits and what doesn't" discussion. Sometimes you never know whats the tipping point for a recruit- dorms, uniforms, other so-called unimportant fluff.
agree to an extent. relating to the HC or one assistant is what gets UCF in play then little things like this can tilt things when going against traditional namesMaybe this will help shut down the "what gets recruits and what doesn't" discussion.
