For the record, she was given the hypothetical, “imagine a vaccine was made available before Election Day...?” That’s about as stupid a set-up question as she could have been asked.
I intend to get the vaccine once it’s available but if someone would ask me the same dumb question that stupid CNN interviewer asked Harris, I’d have said HELL NO too.
The drug manufacturers have already said the vaccine won’t be turned over the the FDA until it completes full testing. So not by Election Day even though Trump wants his October surprise.

It is only 1 of the possible drugs that has been held up, not all of them. Time will tell when and if a vaccine is ever available. I agree 11/1/2020 is very unlikely. Now is there a chance an announcement could be made that 1 or more are in final stages of approval, yes. I have to laugh at Cuomo blaming trump for not doing an Europe travel ban sooner. He and others bitched about it when it was enacted.
The guy from AZ said when this stuff happens all vaccine tests are paused, so he was confident all of the other companies would follow suit. Might only be for a few days though.
