It's about time this board caught up to typical message board technology/look/feel/capability/etc.

Funny the free board in whining about the new boards, while the people that pay for Brandon's hard work love it.
As someone that reads this board most of the time on my mobile phone it's a massive improvement. For the web experience it looks like every other modern forum platform. UCF must suck at turning out grads that know how to deal with new technology.
The technology refresh was needed, but the item I see lacking is the ability to set your own theme and color schemes. Seems like a no brainer that was just flat out missed. My take is that users are less interested in the page having gold on it and more interesting in either low or high contrast.
