I'd flip the coaches and make Katie Henderson the guys coach and tell Dawkins he's now the women's coach. If he doesn't like it, pack bags. Anyone who thinks she isn't a better X's and O's coach either doesn't know basketball or has a problem with a female leading the guys team. We'd see immediate improvement.
