I don’t see it. Not a lot of success for college coaches going to NFL. NFL requires managing egos and you don’t always get to decide the personnel. It would be another Rhule situation.

I think he will stay at Rocky Top. The guy lives and breathes college football. He failed as a player in the NFL because he hurt his shoulder. I think they guy stays put and collects his $5MM per year and gives Alabama something to look forward to next year. Especially if he pulls off a miracle and beats GA next week. I am rooting for him to beat UGA only because I want to see chaos in the SEC. If Tenn wins, it really puts a wrench in the SEC and makes them bitch more about why the Invitational should only be for SEC schools, sort of like a Conference Championship game.

If he finishes 11-1 this year which it appears he will, he will be getting a hefty raise from that 5 mil.
