whats wrong with the post. there is a fracking link to click on that explains a situation going on at Tulsa.

essentially "X" is kicked out of Tulsa U because of an insulting facebook post about a female school employee. X is married to a man Y who signs some legal document that says he was the author of the post. The school says we don't care, you cant come back until 2016 and even if he comes back he cannot complete his degree nor will they transfer the credits (he was 16 credits short of a undergrad degree)

the other part of the story is that the school newspaper was commenting on the situation until the administration threatened them with essentially the same punishment if they didn't STFU...

I was interested in if Huffy or Barrister knew about the situation and as they are both lawyers, I was interested in what they thought of it personally and legally.

The university fired its full time on campus legal team a few years ago to spend the money elsewhere. Things of this nature are bound to happen with nobody minding the store.
