Some of those look like freighters. I know San Diego usually has some ships parked near downtown and then some across from the Sheraton Marina. Maybe it’s just traffic issues along the coast. We have 2 Cruise ships parked off Cape Canaveral. I expect they are avoiding docking fees while they are not sailing.
