So far our home attendance this season is averaging over capacity and on track to be our best season ever.
The capacity of Spectrum Stadium is 44,206 and so far thru 3 games we are averaging 44,415 per game.
For FAMU and UConn reported attendance was very close to capacity with 44,073 and 44,164 respectively and Stanford was overcapacity with 45,008.
The UConn game was the most impressive to me coming off a tough loss. Even though it was our first conference game, UConn's a very weak opponent and 2 seasons ago the UConn game was our worst home attendance of any game that season.
Last season we averaged 99% of capacity. This season we are on track to average over capacity attendance which is pretty damn impressive considering how college football attendance has been dropping at a significant rate.
