Hotel on UCF

Per the slant...I think it's a great idea but I'm not so sure on the location. $35M for over 60 yrs doesn't sound like that great of a return either for that particular spot.

I agree. Seems like maybe it should go in the athletic village where this is already some amenities as well. Not much money for very prime space. And not the most walkable spot either, having to cross the main entrance to campus and a few parking garages.

They talk about there not being any upscale hotels around campus, then they mention the nightly price will be about $140. Do they not know we have a Doubletree and Courtyard Marriott right across the street? Your $140 a night stay will not be any different than those two.
I'd recommend no hotel, replant more tees in that area and bring back the frisbee golf course.

I think there's two Frisbee golf. There's one by the IM fields
