A couple of interesting tidbits about Herman's new contract from the Houston Chronicle.
"Herman will receive a $5 million bonus if, at any time while he's head coach, UH becomes a member of a conference with annual television revenue of more than $20 million per member..."
and
"The amended contract calls for the $2.5 million buyout to be reduced by 25 percent if the planned indoor facility is not approved by UH's board of regents by Sept. 1, 2016, and by 50 percent if construction if not near or at completion by Dec. 2017. The buyout is reduced by 75 percent if the facility is not at or near completion by Dec. 1, 2018."
