How dare you dismiss our best soldiers and spies boots on the ground as not counting as boots on the ground. I'm sure a Seal team can **** more shit up than a military division comprised of peasants. Look the average wage in Syria is less than $5k a year and less than $500 a year in Afghanistan. Our black ops should be able to desecrate those peasants with air support.

I thought Declarations of wars weren't needed anymore? Can't the President just start a war by executive order?

I mean wasn't the Korean War technically a "Police Action?"
